Terms of Purchase and Use

1. Who we are

The seller is Ultra Commercial LTD (“we”, “us” or “our”). Contact: [email protected]. Business/registered address: 124 City Rd, City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

2. The product

The Nicotine Freedom Protocol is a digital educational self-help bundle. It includes written guides, planners, mobile cards, identity-rehearsal audio and links to professional resources. It is not medical treatment and does not replace qualified care.

3. Price and payment

The advertised price is US$17 as a one-time payment, unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. Payment must be completed through the payment provider shown at checkout. No subscription or paid order bump is included.

4. Delivery

Access is supplied digitally after successful payment, through the confirmation/access page and the purchase email. You are responsible for entering a working email address and keeping your access link reasonably secure.

5. Immediate access and cancellation

Where applicable, checkout asks you to request supply of the digital content immediately and acknowledge that beginning access or download may affect your statutory change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not affect rights or remedies available when digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.

6. Personal licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own quit attempt. You may not resell, publish, distribute, share access publicly, reproduce commercially or present the content as your own.

7. Outcomes and responsibility

No permanent quit result is guaranteed. “24 hours” describes the protocol’s preparation and execution window; it is not a promise that withdrawal ends in one day or that every buyer achieves the same outcome. The founder story describes personal experience, not a typical result.

8. Acceptable use and access

We may suspend access reasonably necessary to address fraud, chargeback abuse, unlawful sharing, security threats or a material breach of these terms. This does not limit your statutory rights.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, the materials are supplied for personal educational use and we are not responsible for losses caused by using them as a substitute for professional care, by ignoring urgent symptoms, or by use outside their stated purpose.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable to the seller, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes.

Privacy Notice

1. Controller and contact

Ultra Commercial LTD is the controller for the personal information described here. Privacy enquiries: [email protected]. Business/registered address: 124 City Rd, City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

2. Information we collect

  • identity and contact information, such as name and email;
  • transaction and product-access records;
  • communications and support enquiries;
  • technical and usage information collected through necessary site technology and any analytics or advertising tools enabled with appropriate notice or consent.

3. Why we use it and lawful bases

  • to process an order, provide access and send the purchase email — performance of a contract;
  • to keep transaction, tax, fraud-prevention and compliance records — legal obligation and legitimate interests;
  • to answer support requests and protect the service — contract and legitimate interests;
  • to send optional marketing or use non-essential advertising technology — consent where required. You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Who receives it

We use service providers needed to operate the funnel, payment, email, file delivery and security. These may include GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, the connected payment provider (intended to be Stripe), email-delivery providers, hosting and analytics providers. They receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and may act under their own notices where they are independent controllers.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we rely on an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism.

6. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for delivery, support, security and legal obligations. Transaction and accounting records are retained for the periods required by applicable law. Support and marketing records are reviewed and deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

7. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, object to certain processing, receive portable data, and withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise a right. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local supervisory authority.

8. Cookies and tracking

Necessary technology may be used to deliver and secure the pages. Non-essential analytics or advertising tools, including any future Meta Pixel, should be activated only after the relevant identifier, notice and consent configuration have been approved.

9. Changes

We may update this notice when the service or law changes. The latest version and date will appear on this page.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Statutory rights

Your mandatory consumer rights are not limited. If the digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied as required by law, contact us with the order email and a clear description of the issue so we can provide the legally appropriate remedy.

Change-of-mind cancellation for immediate digital content

Where you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge the consequence at checkout, your statutory change-of-mind cancellation right may be lost once access or download begins. If access has not begun, or if the required consent and acknowledgement were not properly obtained, statutory cancellation rules may still apply.

30-day voluntary satisfaction guarantee

Use the guide and complete the first belief audit. If you decide the protocol was not useful for you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the $17 purchase price. This voluntary promise concerns satisfaction with the purchase; it is not a guarantee that every customer will quit or remain smoke-free. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

How to request help or a remedy

Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout. Include your name, purchase email, date of purchase and the problem. We may ask for information reasonably needed to locate and assess the order.
